Overall a really good intro into facilitation techniques. Maybe the challenge is that it is with such a huge variety of different backgrounds/experience levels that is is sometimes a tiny bit vague in terms of strategies. But really good discussions and engagements across different types and styles of facilitation

this was my first virtual training session online and I was surprised how interactive it was. Great facilitation with break out rooms and Slido and Jamboard.

Trainer conducted very professionally and made sure everyone was on board or at the same pace. Able to practice level 3 excel confidently
