Really useful session, learned lots about practical approaches to empowering team members and delegation

I found today's sessions very helpful and informative, the session has given me quite a lot to think about and there are definitely some things I can change and improve.

Great module and sessions as it is a practical skill and learning

Sal's delivery was perfect for the team, four of us, and she made sure each of us was happy before moving on to the next task/example. Although the room layout didn't have a large monitor and Sal had to talk us through each stage, it actually worked really well for us and we covered all that we expected to. She made the course fun too.
