There was a lovely, welcoming feeling from the outset and the pace and structure of the interactive elements meant I felt able to share my thoughts and experiences in the room. I've come away with a lot of new knowledge and some really tangible actions for how I engage with both the person I manage and other colleagues. Thank you. The lunch was also great!

I found it very helpful and engaging. I liked the practical sessions that helped us to try and put in practice what we learned, with feedback from others. I feel like we have some tangible things we can do right away and to build on. Ben kept everyone energised and shared great examples.
