I have used Happy in the past and attended in-person sessions. Always found the trainers exceptionally clear and helpful. Today was no exception. Pace was sometimes a bit difficult but the group had different starting points, so that was to be expected. I think I overestimated my abilities to be honest (possibly some other participants did, too), so the trainer adjusted the pace in the afternoon session.

The training was engaging but too long - it is difficult to stay focused for the duration of the day, particularly when dealing with complex matters

Well worth it for me, as I didn't really know how to use Sharepoint and what its' difference was to One Drive. Presenter was affable and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable asking questions no matter how simple.
