I thought it was well delivered and impactful. I felt a little dizzy at the end from the high number of break-out sessions and it would have been nice to hear briefly from people who has used the techniques (perhaps after the intro to the tool and before the breakout). This would also enable us to hear how it has been used in practice and land/ground before the next session.

Day three very engaging and interesting to understand how you think you being positive in being the protector is and could restrict the growth of the employee. Different ways to see and think things.
