I really enjoyed the course and Sal ensured all the delegates were following along and contributed to the session. She took her time to ensure everyone understood.

Today was more thorough. however I have taken more notes as we went through the day to make it easier to reflect and apply to my work.

It was a good day, I feel that due to time constraints some parts are rushed. Maybe the structure needs to be looked out for every workshop
