Really enjoyed the interactive elements of the course and the step by step

Some new concepts learnt. many more wishes to be accomplished.

It was a great day with so much information and thoughtful content but all delivered in a really accessible way. The booklet is great as you know there is more in there if you want to reflect more deeply later.

I'm finding the psychology really interesting. It's great to try to understand people / myself more. There are lots of practical suggestions as well as opportunities for reflection. I like that we're able to participate in some really frank discussions across the organisation.
