A great 2-day course - I can imagine the 4 day being more in-depth, but this was perfect for the level I'm at.

Really enjoyable 2 days with lots to take away. This has been an excellent foundation to help me become a better manager and understand my team better. Ben was great at explaining complex ideas and did so in a way that made understanding easy. I would recommend to anyone looking to grow as a manager!

Excellent training on management fundamentals with a good mix of practice, theory and movement. Thought the pace was just right and a good amount of breaks. Also great food and snacks and loved the common room area.
