Great first session. Lots of take aways to try. Steve was ace in delivering.
It would have been okay if the access to the pre work activities are easy to navigate through as it was complex to locate some of the pre work activities. The course was interactive and engaging as everyone had opportunity to participate in one way or other. I think there should be a form of certificate of completion of NHS EFCCL Leadership course.
I found the training very informative. It did take me out of my comfort zone on occasions but it was nice to work with colleagues that you don't normally see on a daily basis.

Selina was a fantastic teacher and moderator. Kind, attentive, enthusiastic, warm, to the point and approachable. The course content was appropriate and insightful. I found the morning section most relevant to my work but appreciate there was a range of needs to be met. It was great to have the time to reflect on how I write and I left with a sense of purpose and clear approach as to how I would do things differently. The course content wasn't reinventing the wheel but it was good to make the space to think about this deeply.
I was happy the course was online so that I could easily attend from my location without travelling into London. I thought the advice was all extremely helpful and practical, the only thing I would say is that I would've liked a more concrete list of the different sign off and feedback stages and more info on proposal, newsletter and blog structure (like with the report).
Sal was a lovely trainer & we could ask any questions & she helped us try it out & easy to talk with each other. Would like to attend more classes when possible. Thank you Sal. Siobhan
