Serena was Amazing, she is very knowledgeable and helpful were able to learn new skills from her.

A great day, and really well marshalled by the Happy team. Hybrid workshops are challenging and any hiccups were overcome really well. The speakers were fantastic and touched on a number of different things that I've found so useful and on top of the L7 course I feel full of great Happy thinking!

Overall the day was excellent. I would have liked to have had a quick look at any monitoring or evaluation technique suggestions but apart from that all was covered.

The conference was excellent with varied speakers and lots of interactivity framed by thought-provoking questions.

Well done for being brave and trying hybrid. There were some difficulties hearing this morning - perhaps try wearable microphones.

Early tech issues were overcome quickly. Was surprised how well the virtual conference format worked. Inspiring and practical content

The ease of interaction and participation, especially with Ms. Jo Holiday was great. I wish I could have a direct one on one session with her or someone from the organisation and discuss actual issues I might be facing, but whatever information was shared helped me to be more introspective, and gave me reference points to see how I am evolving as a professional, especially now when I am also leading others.

It was insightful session and got to learn a few new things that I will try to implement with my team.
