Very well organised, trainer very thorough made sure everyone was at the same level before continuing. Material well thought out and gave good examples. Lots more to work through to cement knowledge from what just learned. I completed Level 2 and X lookups
This was a very helpful and relevant course. It's helpful having access to Fuse though as i can return to the resources when i can. The information will be helpful for the wider leadership team

Would be good to possibly get an individual session regarding the multiple spreadsheets we have and links etc as this would be extremely useful especially for myself, not sure if this is something that Happy offer?
