i find it really hard to learn from pre recorded videos so my preference would be we dont include these especially as it went at a pace i couldn't keep up with "the Eclipse video" Pauls style is really encouraging and fair that allows all to have a voice and be heard. He also feels genuine in his approach which validates the methods used

I'm learning stuff that is helping me to increase my confidence in what I do.

Would have been nice to d intros more quickly so afternoon was less rushed. Otherwise really great course and trainer went over and above to help everyone in the class.

Clear session both 3 and 2 levels. I feel more confident and have learn a lot of new Excel things that I can put in practice

Great examples and the guide book is really useful to reference back to when I get home

Gill was a great trainer, explained things really well and gave lots of time for questions and feedback

The session was great. There was a lot of interaction and practical techniques given for management

Really great course and top score for the facilitator. Warm, friendly, informative and funny.

Really great course, felt that I learnt lots in a short space of time. Paul was engaging and used lots of different techniques to keep us all involved without losing interest.
