Gill is very understanding and helpful, answered the questions kindly and was carrying everyone along.

This course is relevant to so many people, not only those who are already in leadership roles. I have felt engaged in the process and encouraged to develop my leadership practice, armed with a new found self awareness and tangible strategies for engagement with the wider team.

Overall course was good. Some new concepts and theories which I have not heard of before. Good pace and time to reflect. Struggled with fitting it into the day job as work full-time but may be down to better time management. Face-to-face for one of the days would be good.

An excellent course that looks at ways to be a more open manager. To encourage ways to act, not react, to situations.

This has been a beneficial course overall. I was concerned, given how much of our time each dedicates to it, but it's well worth it. If other people at C40 haven't done it, especially those who have been here for some time, it might be worth some refresher or at least resharing resources.

Good pace and well explained. Patrick was open to all our questions and happy to investigate if further research was needed. We got a lot of bonus information, including an easier way to add screenshots to Word documents - very helpful! We had the chance to try things for ourselves so could ask for extra help before moving onto the next topic.

Patrick was really patient and very engaging, ensuring we covered what was useful for us.
