Am Enjoying the course though we are covering too many things in one session

Knowledgeable trainer who was clear with information and instructions. She appeared relaxed but also kept us to tasks. A useful amount of time within the session for Q&As

Paul has been a great facilitator who has led us with enough time and consideration to cover the course material. It has been useful to understand others techniques and viewpoints and reflect on my own practice

Today's course was very practical and made me reflect on how to integrate everyone into the team and on some strategies to be less biased in the way I work with others and more conscious of bias that might be there that I am not aware of.

Thank-you so much to Paul and our fabulous cohort of NHS clinicians, this course has been so insightful and thought provoking, each session I've came away feeling empowered and have desires to implement new idea's to help me become a better leader. Today was particularly insightful to the importance of the induction process in relation to recruitment and retention which can be a particular issue within the NHS due to the high stress levels and cultures of certain teams.
