Very pleasant trainer, easy to follow, patient and made the course easy and interesting :)

It was an EXCELLENT course, I learned a lot, and it was very interactive so I could truly understand all points and the practice part was very well done and efficient (for me).

The facilitator was very conscientious and clear in her teaching. I appreciated her structured approach and clear, step by step training that included everyone.

Ebe, our instructor was great. Very knowledgeable as well as relaxed and approachable. She took the time to customise the course to make it more relevant to the type of data collection that we use. Everyone really enjoyed the day, which says a lot for an Excel course!
