Feel like I am not alone with my problems, frustrations but also feel now I have some methods to try to help.

enjoyable day with some good reflective bits of work. made me realise i already do some good things, but this has given me a few more tools to help me be a better leader.

need time to practice - hopefully reflecting back on the notes will help
