very useful and really enjoyed it.

Very informative and enjoyable day. It exceeded my expectations and what I thought I'd get from the session. The focus on practical experience of the structures was really beneficial, and helped me to visualise how/where I might use them. The pacing of the course was very quick, but I think this worked really well to hold everyone's attention. It also reflected the quite 'rapid fire' nature of some of the approaches, and not having too much time to think about the problems meant they didn't distract from seeing and learning about the processes.

I thought it was great to have the follow-on on the same day personally but I can see how some people would prefer to do them on different days and a slight gap between the 2 to practice

I really enjoyed the course and have learned alot about how to use AI tools to my advantage.

Really good discussion about the benefits of delegation.

Today we had a really great refresher on self awareness and self management. It helped me to consolidate a lot of the information we learned at the beginning of the course.

The STARRR analysis was very useful
