In my personal opinion, the facilitator (Maureen) made the group feel comfortable and welcome, also engaging with the group at every opportunity. She has already started to get the group to gel, and multiagency support network is starting to form during the early stages of this course.

Very good and informative course

Well presented and lots to learn. An interesting course for any looking to develop their confidence.
