Serena was a wonderful facilitator. We were four in the group on the first day, and just three on the second day (due to sickness) and it felt totally right to be a small number. The premises were spotless and the decor fun and funky. Food was good too ... I opted for the sandwiches. The course itself was great, and I have much more confidence working with this AMAZING tool! And have learnt more about Excel's capabilities too.

I thought the trainer was excellent - she had a very relaxed style but was knowledgeable and engaging throughout the day.
