The information was broken down in a way which I could understand and follow along. The excel file which we had to edit and follow along makes it easier for me to retain the information and stay focused.

Overall the course was great as a beginners course. As the range of knowledge and abililty was varied amongst the attendee's the pace was a little slow for myself - but that is by no means the fault of the Sal, who was brilliant.
I am happy i attended the training. I new many things i did not know before today. No doubt a lot was taken in as knowledge. I feel empowered already. Nice one.
I have been using excel for a while but had to google a lot of the things that I needed to do or copy old formulas. This course has given me some knowledge of how to do things on my own from start. It has given me the confidence I needed to try doing more on excel. Well done to Daphne , she is a a good facilitator, was fully involved and make sure everyone was given the support they needed.
