Sarah does a great job at involving everyone, without making people like they have been put on the spot. She delivered it empathetically given some of us discovered less favourable characteristics of management style.

Nice pace- really informative and helped foster a relationship with the rest of the participants.

Great training session with lots packed in! Rachael was fantastic, I also picked up some ideas for when I deliver training sessions. She included everyone in a way which was comfortable for them.

Lost a little bit when trying to follow just because my word was hanging so couldn't do all of the practical stuff.

Rachael is an engaging facilitator who really understands what people want out of this course. There is a great mix of interaction to listening and the content is super informative and useful.
