Fast paced to keep me thinking and very interactive.
good to revisit these themes with a different facilitator than in previous NHSBT courses I do find it difficult to be on a call for a full day even with breakout rooms
Great first session, lots of take homes Pace was just right. I found going in the breakout rooms was too frequent and sometime learnt more for the group chat
Enjoyed the course and whilst it was a general overview of Copilot, the facilitator tried to make it relevant to our operation and involved us to get real life examples and uses.
Todays subjects have been very interesting. At times the course have felt a little intense.

Their energy, clarity, and real-world examples made it easy to understand and even enjoyable. The interactive elements kept us all involved, and I walked away feeling much more confident in my ability to take effective minutes. Truly a fantastic session—both informative and fun!
