Really good session from a clearly well experienced facilitator. Good range of ways to feedback and discuss which allowed everyone to join in. Kept us on time too which was great.

I found overall the course to be dull and lifeless, The content to be lackluster and generally not engaging. I have been on similar sor to course and found that you need a very engaging course leader to keep attention and ensure content is being obsorbed.
