I really enjoyed this session, the facilitators were really clear and concise, I felt very involved and engaged.
The training was inspiring and practically useful has caused me to think about things in a different way. It was good that it was so heavily interactive with lots of room for discussion rather than just slides.
Really well run. Great at adapting to the online focus and using a good mix of people reporting back and using the chat.

Very experienced teacher who could explain most things - some glitches from the fact that teaching had to be online; I am sure that face to face would be easier for everyone. - occasionally the pace was faster than my comprehension, and it was not possible to slow down by non-verbal communication! Pleased with the course material and the teacher and would be happy to recommend overall.
Day 2 of this course ran very smoothly and was well facilitated. The day was very engaging and thought provoking, providing methods along with examples that I think could be realistically used in real-life scenarios when it comes to the coaching of team members.
Really fun course, Henry was excellent at engaging us all through Zoom. We've come up with some great ideas about how to do things differently. Up to us to start the change.

Fewer breakouts but for longer periods of time with clearer instruction on what to do during breakouts. B
Not always easy to do this virtually, but the break out rooms and structure was very well organised
