I found the course really useful. It reinforced some of the things I knew already but also taught me a lot which was new and/or showed me alternative ways of doing a particular task. It is a shame that it petered out at the end (not the presenter's fault) as I would have liked a little more time on Outlook (App vs Desktop version)

Thought Nicky presented the course really well, I liked mixing with different colleagues who I wouldn't necessarily meet in my day to day. The breakout rooms broke the session up, felt like it could've been a longer session but it was good varied topics for the 2 hours.

Sal was very approachable and helped us navigate through the course well

good course - still need clarification about ECF style and tips on not just typing everything verbatim as I won't remember otherwise!

Great session with Paul who delivered very well to a group from different areas of the business at once.

Adele was very good all round. I did think the pace could have been a bit quicker however, and would have liked to have covered a bit more material in the time.

Great introduction, delivery and variety of activities. Informative and well facilitated. Looking forward to trying some of the different techniques we learnt about today
