Good session, lots to take in though. There was sometimes not much time for reflection before entering the break out rooms. Hard to think of examples. Learnt a lot though. Need senior buy in to implelement.
Very good course. First day better than the second day. Need commitment from all to move forward and make changes.
Fun ways to learn, the facilitators are very engaging. Looking forward to have another session. To visit what we achieve after today
The first session was much more like a workshop: a bit of theory with the majority of the discussion around our management team, what we can do etc. The second two have been much more theory-based with little time to talk about how we can implement these ideas internally. We're doing some other training where the theory is imparted by video, which we have to watch before the session, and we then spend the time together discussing what we can do with that knowledge, which bits of it resonate, what actions we can take, questions we have etc. I think a similar format would make the Happy sessions even more useful.
The pace was a little slower than I hoped and I expected to learn more complex excel commands however what we learned was extremely informative and was backed up enough that I feel comfortable using everything we discussed in the lesson today. It lays a very good start for going further with the software

Nick was an engaging and professional presenter. The course was structured well with ample breaks and the material was interesting and gave us chances to lead the discussion.
I enjoyed how interactive it was, this is my third online course I have attended over the last year and this has by far been the most beneficial for me and most engaging. I do however feel for my role attending a face to face course would have been more relevant to the training I provide as it isn't so much online. Rachael did a fantastic job at giving me examples of how I can transfer this style of training into the classroom.
There was a great balance of group reflection and contextualisation of our own individual experience before and during the review of various management and motivational theory. This made it much easier to understand where and how I can apply learnings for the betterment of my team.
Course was great overall however too slow a pace for me personally, my feeling is this could have started at 9:30 and finished at 1 and still covered the course content.
