Really handy!

Rudy made what could be a rather dull topic compelling and interesting - pace of the class was great (lots of breaks which I'm not used to in a working day!) and I feel I've learnt a lot! Will recommend.

Very useful training, liked the informal pace, good content and good to have a manual to take away and use. Rudy was great - made it all very accessible. Enjoyed the regular breaks too as it helped focus.

Pace was a tiny bit slow for me but I found it very useful overall.
