I have attended several Excel courses throught out my career and student life...I can honestly say that this is the best course I have ever attended. Kevin was so clear and helpful. He answered to all our queries and kept a good pace throughout the day. I will recommend this course to everyone in the office. I find it hard to concentrate when a member of the class is so rude and obnoxious, from the moment she walked in late and refused to apologise up to not presenting to the class and speaking with her back to the room. The answering of the phone and swearing down the phone was the nail in the coffin. This needs to be addressed as it is having a negative o Impact on my experience and what I take out of the session.
