The facilitator worked at a pace that was suitable for all attendees and was very patient. He asked and answered questions throughout to make sure that the content was understood and keep everyone engaged.

Covered a lot of very useful material - but there's no way you can absorb it all in one day. Looking forward to receiving all of the support material and will use the help line!
