Great first experience for Excel Level 1. The trainer really listened to our work needs and tried to respond the best way. Really wish to continue with Level 2.

Not the trainers fault but given that we are doing 365 training I am unsure as to why it was not a requirement for us all to have Office 365 on our laptops. Unfortunately it made the second half of the training a bit abstract and less useful. Perhaps after the first course discovered this it could have been raised with our IT so that it was not a re-occurring issue?

Overall a great experience, very worthwhile, tailored to requirements. Really pleasant offices, modern, clean facilities, and a great lunch.

Really enjoyable and informative day, the facilities were amazing (including the lunch, refreshments etc). Ebe was engaging, knowledgeable as well as funny and held the attention of everyone. Really good course, would recommend to other people at my organisation.

Very enjoyable. Practical training that I can take back to the office and use instantly; would enjoy training with this facilitator and venue again.

Really great facilitator who engaged well with the room and matched our pace. The training structure in general was very well run, with a good amount of breaks. We were all flagging as a group towards the end, but I don't think that can be helped since it was just after lunch! Maybe a few interactive/movement activities would have helped us be a bit more alert.
