This was in many parts above me but I have come away with more knowledge than I arrived. Very helpful
May have been slightly too heavy in the morning compared to the afternoon but that is probably down to previous excel competencies. Apart from that it was a very helpful course that more than exceeded expectations and was definitely worth attending
Rachael did a fantastic job, never getting impatient. She helped each person who was struggling before we moved on as a group. The manual is very clear and I shall take it with me to my job. The exercises were useful, and Rachael kept reminding us as to how they would relate to our work.
The pace was good and the topics covered meant I learnt a lot. Rachael was very friendly and was able to give support in an encouraging manor. Enjoyed being able to do as we went along (ie didnt have to watch a demo then do it myself- good for kinesthetic learners) Some of the materials didn't seem 100% prepared or familiar to the facilitator which meant there was a slight confusion.
Very well run course i will take a lot out of it.
It was a very helpful course and I have taken away a lot from it. The instructor was very patient, helpful and engaging. It provided many tips and tricks also.
This was a very useful course and the presenter has amazing knowledge of Word.
The trainer was brilliant, she went at a slow pace, which was very helpful as we are beginners and I was a bit nervous. The staff at Happy are always lovely and it's nice to see their office mirrors their attitude. My only qualm was that lunch seemed to have been hot but was served cold, however the ice cream was a very nice touch!
I was very satisfied with the course and facility that has been provided. I will definitely will suggest others. I never heard of Happy Ltd before but my experience today has really impressed me. And I am looking forward to come for my next level training.
I personally already have a good background in excel so my objectives were slightly more advanced but it was still good to refresh and i did learn some new formulas and hints and tips. Rachael was very good, really approachable and friendly, went round the room to help people and taught at a good pace. 10/10 would recommend!
