1. Manual scored low only because not looked at it much during the day, should come into its own after the day. 2 Day started late so the pace was a little more rushed but still OK 3 don't know about other courses

Bit unfortunate that the trainer was sick and we didn't receive notice on arrival but the replacement trainer dealt with the situation calmly

Very fun and informative course. I like that the participants were involved in the exercise.

Thought Vicky was excellent - really clearly communicated techniques that I can use in the workplace. I think I would have liked a bit more practise with someone being very persistant and aggressive but mainly because in the workplace I’m struggling to work with someone who fits this description. It would have been good to try out new communication styles before trying in real life. May be just my particular circumstance though.

Invoice wasn't received beforehand and so I had to find out about how to pay on the day which distracted time from the session.
