A super course and the best thing about it was the facilitator (with the course content a close second). I found Mr Dez Veares to be inspirational! He was so positive but realistic and constructive about the place/importance of work in life. It was stuff that a stressed out person like me really needed to hear.
I was sceptical about going on this course but it was recommended and glad I did.

Great session learnt what I initially wanted and much more. The venue is a great Happy place which made me feel comfortable specially the ice cream brake. The facilitator was fantastic and made great effort to involve everyone in the group. He ensured we understood what we were doing at a good pace.
I really enjoyed my day at Happy. I learnt a lot. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to follow the class but the teacher made it really simple for us.
