I was very impressed with the content and was taught a range of useful tools and practices which will aid my future work.
Christine was very patient and understanding. She helped us not to feel out of depth.

The trainer was wonderful. Really warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I found the course a bit too long and wondered if it could be cut down to a 2 hour course.
I enjoyed the course though I knew alot of the material so more of a refresh for me but I learnt afew things
