Breakout groups maybe too small time was taken quickly and 2 mins of chat or silence after each activity.

Needed a bit more warning and into about how fast paced the content is

It was challenging to think of outstanding conversations that needed to be had, I think the lack of content in some cases affected what we got out of the day as it felt a little over-laboured towards the end. Perhaps we could have notice and reflect on previous difficult conversations or scenarios

today's topic seemed very labored.

Very very good much better than expected. Time was taken on a 1 to 1 level to have a worth while conversation and was able to find out alot more.
