-Really positive, engaging host -Good to get to know colleagues better

This was my first meeting with Happy and Cathy - and I can only say positive things! In fact I have rarely come across anyone as positive as that.

good training - would have been helpful if we had the manual to follow at time of training so can refer to.

Nicky was a really exceptional facilitator for this course and made the whole session across both days very valuable and accessible.

This was a fantastic course - I don't think a training session has ever gone as quickly as this one did. It was so interesting and engaging and has given me a lot to reflect on. I think that this will make a huge difference to how I manage my team.

It was a fast paced 2 hours and I feel quite tired at the end of it - but I think the pace is important to the ethos of LS. I am an introvert who struggless with speaking up but I felt completely comfortable throughout the course, and Henry make the space feels safe and energising. Thank you.
