Really enjoy the training, the trainer is so so nice and approachable, i never feel nervous to ask a question as i know i will receive the help i need! Overall brilliant training.
Sal was great. She really explained and broke down the process step by step and allowed us to put it into practice.
Trainer ensured that the course was delivered at a good pace and was also very engaging with the group. The content was very informative without being over bearing and gave me a better understanding on what good customer service looks like.

This training has been really great! I have come away with more tips and tricks than I thought, I am really looking forward to putting them into practice. I was a lot more nervous about pivot tables before but I feel like I have a much better understanding now. Ebeji is a fantastic trainer, really got the group involved and made us part of the workshop! Great training :)
Suzi was great and made everyone feel welcomed , Suzi had good activities planned throughout the course. Discussions in groups which gave you opportunity to share your thoughts, actions and experiences and listen to other colleagues experiences too.
Excellent tutor. Only thing I would like is a little time to fill in the formulas myself on the course as I was trying to do this whilst we were going through the next steps.
