I felt the pace of the course was right - good time for reflection and understanding how the concepts we discussed could be applied in our own situations. Paul ensured that everyone in the class was heard throughout the two days.

I found the course very practical and helpful with lots of real world advice that I could implement in my role. I feel like I have some tools to use that will make me feel more confident as a new manager, whereas before I felt a bit at sea. I liked the structure of the course and the interactive nature of using breakout rooms to discuss scenarios and to try out the tools that we had been introduced to.

Great course - started off slowly to see where everybody was and then moved along really well. I liked how the instructor kept checking in with us and all the extra tips and shortcuts are so useful.

Good pace, nice to refresh things I did already know. Pivot tables are completely new so need to take time to look at how I can use these
