Edmund is a good trainer. He spends the time to check we all understand.

Although I had never used multiple worksheets before, the facilitator gave me the confidence that I too can start doing this in future.

Great experience and I didn't know learning online could be so interactive and fun. The only thing that i would comment on was the fact that i needed a bigger screen to see both my screen and the instructors screen. I did fall behind at some point as I had to keep switching between screens. but other than that the content and instructor were great.

As I have commented previously, Sal is a fantastic trainer/facilitator. She uses the share screen and share controls functions really effectively so that the session was engaging and useful as we were able to practice what she was teaching us to strengthen learning. She also explains not just how to do something but why to do it that why, and how a certain function works. This also strengthened my learning.

I enjoyed the activities and pace of the course.

Very good, I liked the quick pace learning and trying it out!

I had internet issues, so i have a few follow up questions especially in regards to the consolidation tool

really good - nice small group so able to be involved - good that tutor is individually engaged - sometimes it meant waiting for someone to catch up - but that means I also get individual help when I need it
