I really enjoyed the session, the pace was right, the break out sessions and level of sharing was good. Good amount of reflections balanced with theory/evidence. Felt like I came away with practical tools I could use to become a better leader.
Nicky did a fantastic job at encouraging discussions and people feeling comfortable enough to draw on real life events. By using a number of different mediums she helped keep everyone engaged and interacting within the session.
The course was very helpful both to refresh my knowledge and to learn more about Excel. The trainer was brilliant, very knowledgeable, clear and friendly.
A really helpful course, taken at an ideal pace, with plenty of opportunity to interact with the tutor and to try out the various elements being covered. I learned a lot!
