The course is very helpful. A lot of new information, but also facilitator have assured myself that I have already know the answer on how to behave with people I am managing.
Feel the course is very clear and good for learners to watch and then practice in their own time.
Another great session with Paul, I learned some cool new Excel tricks which I will definitely use.

Although I use sorting and filtering quite a lot, I felt I had learned something new from the session. Pat was great, especially when I encountered problems with the subtotal function. He invited me to share my screen so we could problem-shoot together. It was an interactive and very helpful session - would definitely recommend it.
