brake out room and good participation by all is helpful
I would have loved the to be longer. I got so much help from everyone about the specific issue I raised and I think others would have liked more time to raise their specific issues too.
I would of liked longer as it was a real eye opener, it was also fantastic to see I am not the only person dealing with these potential issues and have insight from others as to how they have handled it. its reassuring to find I am on the right path with my process

great pace, nicely inclusive to all members, took time to ensure everyone understood, grest tips along the way and lessons I will take with me and implement into my work.
Really please with the training I have received today. only thing for me would be more examples to explore whilst the trainer is available however I would prefer it in a classroom environment and not online as the trainer is not able to see who is struggling. I do hope we can resume training sessions face to face very soon.
This was a very informative course, I really enjoyed it. It covered all the main points well but allowed for interactivity. The materials were also very helpful. Great!
I'm very glad that I've signed up for this course and it gives me tools and ideas on how to manage team members well. I thought the whole learning structure was very new experience for me (interactive & giving feedbacks/opinions on topics) and I find that I can recall better than looking at slides. That said, I think might be helpful to have more of the slides and explanations as I find the interactive sessions slightly exhausting. But overall I'm very happy to have learned so much from this course.
