really happy with the outcome of today's training, I feel a lot more comfortable in my spelling and grammar.

Really helpful session, it was great that there were only 3 of us so we were very involved.

It was helpful and informative to the needs that I required.

I thought the delivery and pace was excellent. Daphne really did get everyone involved and it was also lovely to listen to someone who spoke so beautifully and with passion. I have heard far too many trainers just drone on in monotone voice. I give Daphne a 10 out of 10 for keeping us all interested and for making it fun as well as educational.

It did meet my objectives to sort data, produce charts and use conditional formatting. Sometimes a bit fast a pace for me as was practising on the received data. However, I will be able to practise and will use the helpline. Helpline is brilliant.

I came unsure of what the session will do, I left a better lister with the zeal to keep growing and progress in my development as a coach. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a better leader and coach.

Excellent course, really enjoyed the day and would recommend to my colleagues

I really enjoyed the session, I was quite nervous being so hot and on zoom for a whole day but it was broken up really well with breaks, breakout groups etc. The session flew by which for me means I was really engaged and I feel like I have learnt a lot. I felt the facilitator was really open and honest and had a good rapport with the group.
