Really enjoyed this session. The pace was calm but we got through a lot with excellent use of break out sessions on Zoom. Rarely, I finished the whole-day session feeling pretty energised which usually is not the case after any zooms longer than a couple of hours! The content was useful and relevant, I will definitely use techniques I've learnt. Nicky was a skilled trainer and clearly adapted as she went along to make sure what she said was relevant (eg finding out more about our company's management structure as the attendees were pastoral managers), and turning questions onto the group to gauge what we were thinking and how we were interpreting the course.

This was my first meeting with Happy and Cathy - and I can only say positive things! In fact I have rarely come across anyone as positive as that.

This was a fantastic course - I don't think a training session has ever gone as quickly as this one did. It was so interesting and engaging and has given me a lot to reflect on. I think that this will make a huge difference to how I manage my team.

A very good course. I think it would benefit from allowing a little more time on some of the subject matter and then potentially extend the whole course by 1 day.

Enjoyable, interactive and engaging session

It was a fast paced 2 hours and I feel quite tired at the end of it - but I think the pace is important to the ethos of LS. I am an introvert who struggless with speaking up but I felt completely comfortable throughout the course, and Henry make the space feels safe and energising. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this session. The activities were engaging and have many applications that can be used for both internal sessions and external training. The way the session was structured meant that it brought a group of people together who were strangers and, through the activities, made us feel part of the same team who are supporting each other to help with our individual needs.
