Nicky was an excellent trainer. She get us engaged from the first minute and didn't let go. She was very open and encouraging for input. The content was good and interesting, but Nicky enabled it to hit home.

Nicky was a really good presenter, she was really engaged and responded to questions well, she also tailoured the course to us, reviewing at the end if we had the energy to do another exercise and didn't go ahead with it. The presentation and points relayed were all great. There were lots of exercises but I found all of them really productive and helpful.
