The course was very interactive and allowed us to come up with answers to some of our questions on our own. It also taught me some great skills with regards to giving and receiving feedback that I will be implementing going foward.

I like the fact that everyone had the opportunity to get involved in the discussions.

A useful course on the practical application of Project Management techniques.

Apologies for the late response in providing the feedback. I implemented all I learnt in the trainee virtual sessions we I ran recently and with great success. Hopefully this year as a firm we will gain access to 365 and can take full advantage of the Teams' features.

I picked up quite a few tips and tricks from today's course that will definitely help me to organise and run meeting in a much better way. Very useful to find out more about the features in Microsoft Teams, which is changing all the time!

As everyone is aware not all peoples ability to grasp how things work are the same. Some people pick things up quickly, whilst others take a bit longer. I was one of those that took longer. The course was a bit too fast paced - It would be better if it was slower and over a longer period of time. Ensuring more practice could be done and therefore giving me the time and ability to grasp what facilitator was explaining and a chance to ask questions or ask for a recap. Recaps were done to some extent but very fast paced - I did find it difficult to keep up

Sal was a really good trainer I thought. Kept the pace moving, involved us all, kept to time, addressed the things she said she was going to address.
