Clear and helpful

Trainer was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very inclusive of all attendees. Very interactive and not just listening - time well spent, could have stayed longer.

I found the facilitator very engaging. I liked the calm, quiet, well paced tone of his voice which made the session very relaxing and informative. I felt like the information wasn't new to me, but it was en excellent summary of different tips and techniques and it has certainly helped me to bring these back to the forefront of my mind and make them more of a priority again.

Excellent training session! I started thinking that I need to be in the session for 2 hours but it was just a wonderful time.

Paul was a great host and has a very calming voice (he should consider podcasts!)

my only challenge is trying to do stuff on my screen in my adobe InDesign and then follow the tutor. I had an issue just having the two screens. I understood everything he says and does, and then when I attempt to do those steps, I got confused because I would then see my InDesign screen and lose the thread. This is not to do with the trainer's ability but my concertation, not having prepared my two screens symmetrical etc etc
