The course was run well, we covered everything with time at the end for questions. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and approachable. No one seemed nervous to ask questions or share screens.
A fast paced and interactive training day. There was time throughout for participants to ask questions and ask for specific advice that they're currently facing. The participants were easy to get on with too and I found it really nice to meet and talk to new people who felt similar to me, who faced similar work challenges and who also seemed like introverts - people who I could relate too.

Some content seemed to be based more on a manager's point of view, but the facilitator adapted content to include 'upward feedback' which I found useful.
The facilitator was brilliant. I am partially sighted and she was careful to make the session accessible to me, which is much appreciated.
