Suzi is a great trainer! I liked that the training emphasised good management/ leadership as a 'way of being' and treating people as individuals rather than a 'follow these ten steps and you'll be a great manager' approach...
Fantastic course, Des was brilliant, helped me think about how I can improve, and also made the course very inclusive and fun
I enjoyed the course today and found Sal to be very friendly and informative - she somehow made the training feel quite fun!
There were quite a few things on the course that I'm already familiar with. The course picker said I should do Excel 2 but I might have got more out of a standalone session on pivot charts, then excel 3. Ebeji did a great job of explaining things and keeping people engaged despite varying levels of speed/confidence
The course was well delivered by a knowledgeable facilitator with the right amount of content and well timed
Really enjoyable session. Insightful and lots of practical things to think about, try and apply.
