Was a really good day, and learned a lot more than i originally suspected
Really good training, thoroughly enjoyed it whilst learning a lot. Hope to feel more confident having such conversations going forward, as I can now better prepare with the tools I have learnt.
I really enjoyed how interactive the session was, and not too daunting of the expectation to do role play every time! Ben is a very knowledgeable facilitator and I liked that he also used examples of his own experiences or self learning when applying the session.
