Henry was great, positive, high-energy and good at explaining things. I found the pace a little fast for me in terms of working all the tips into my routine in the space of a week but overall it has been helpful.

A good course with lots of tips that you can easily employ in your working day.

Some useful hints and tips, and some reinforcing of tips I knew already but didn't always do. Bite size sessions were good.

The course was well delivered and engaging throughout, with lots of opportunities to interact with the rest of the group to share experiences and ideas.

I enjoyed today a bit more than the last day I think because the first day had lots more of the technical things I knew more about already – today was really great for me in terms of learning how to structure a training in way that's much more effective for the learner as well as more fulfilling for myself.

I attended all 3 Excel sessions. Sal was really great, the course was taught at a good pace and she made sure to involve everyone. I have certainly learnt a lot about using Excel which I will be able to apply in my work where needed.
