Great presentation and engagement. Very useful for presenting my team work.

Really enjoyed this course, She made me feel really comfortable and explained it all really clearly with what we were going to cover and if I didn't understand or couldn't catch up she took her time and went through it slowly.

Really instructive and some great tips and short-cuts.

It is still a little slow at times

I found today very beneficial as it is areas in which I currently struggle and I am hoping the tools provided today will assist me going forward.

The course has given me new tools and skills to take away and apply to day to day working.,

Pat was really friendly, responsive and helpful, tailoring the course directly to my needs, despite the fact that it took me a while to remember exactly what I needed to ask about, and he had never seen my theme before! He had lots of good tips on where to find further detail, too. The course made me think about website design and organisation in ways I had not considered before, and which will hopefully make it much more productive and maybe even fun to operate. I have only taken a star off the training structure and pace question because the morning was a bit disrupted by both our pets - and, to be fair to Pat, because I hadn't really given him enough information prior to the course. In the end, even though we had a number of curve-balls in play, we covered everything he had set out in the session content summary anyway :-)

I wish these type of courses could return face to face soon.
