I found the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats table really useful. The facilitator asked the right questions to draw out information from everyone in the group so ideas were shared

I feel reassured from attending this training that I know what my strengths and weaknesses are, and how we need to improve as a practice moving forward. I feel better equipped to deal with challenging scenarios within group settings. Paul was very engaging and kept my attention throughout - which is sometimes a challenge during online sessions!
